Payment and Refund Polices

Because we are a small operation with a limited allowance of only twelve Health Vacation clients at one time, we require the following payment and refund policies.

Reservation Deposit

  1. We require a nonrefundable deposit of 50% that is required at the time of reservation.
  2. The balance of payment for your booking is due 30 days before your arrival date and is not refundable.

Cancelation Policy

  1. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible because other people may be on a waiting list.
  2. Deposit money for canceled reservations can be applied to future stays only but must be used within one-year of the cancellation date.
  3. We deduct the first night booking fee (pro-rated from the total reservation amount) plus 10% of the total reservation amount from your payments(s). The remaining balance can be used for a future Health Vacation within one-year. It expires after one year.
  4. If you decide to depart Sanación Integral before your confirmed departure date, we will not refund the cost of the remainder of your scheduled time.
We accept  PayPal, credit cards, money order, cash or bank draft in US Dollars.
