Itinerary

Day One  

Upon arrival you will be met by your hosts and given a tour of the facility, a wellness manual and a wellness program orientation.  Your first Reiki Tummo® (energy healing) session will be given in the afternoon. On other days in the morning you will have a choice between a 50 minute Reiki Tummo® session or a relaxing massage.

Afternoon — You will receive a one-on-one session with a health facilitator, be weighed, pH tested and given a health kit (herbal tinctures and supplements), and daily schedule. This is a good time to book your Trilogy sessions (sauna, steam and whirlpool) for all of your stay. Receive Reiki Tummo® (energy healing) session.  

Evening — On the first evening, you will learn a meditation in a class called ‘Smile to Your Heart’ based on Open Heart Meditation. Shakes and herbal supplements will be taken before bed.

Day Two

Morning — You will enjoy Open Heart Meditation, Stretching, light exercise and breathing exercises, nature walk, pH test, record weight, special drink, receive Reiki Tummo® or massage, drink shakes and take tinctures.

Afternoon — Your relaxing health vacation has plenty of personal time for healing. You will drink cleansing shakes and take tinctures, rotating every two hours throughout each day. Enjoy a Trilogy Spa Session (sauna, steam, Jacuzzi) during the afternoon. A 1 hour meditation class will be held at 4:00 p.m., free time, colonic irrigation and relax.

Evening — Each evening begins with a sunset meditation and the balance of your time is free. Final drinks and tinctures are taken before bedtime. Sleep deeply with the sounds of nature all around you.

Day Three

Morning — You will enjoy Open Heart Meditation, Stretching, light exercise and breathing exercises, nature walk, pH test, record weight, special drink, receive Reiki Tummo® or massage, drink shakes and take tinctures.

Afternoon — This relaxing health vacation has plenty of personal time for healing… so try the hammocks and enjoy. Continue to drink cleansing shakes and take tinctures, rotating every two hours throughout the day. Enjoy a Trilogy Spa Session (sauna, steam, Jacuzzi) during the afternoon. A one hour foot reflexology class will be held at 4:00 p.m., free time, colonic irrigation and relax.

Evening — — Tonight begins with a sunset meditation and the balance of your time is free. Final drinks and tinctures are taken before bedtime. Sleep deeply with the sounds of nature all around you.

Day Four

Morning — Enjoy Open Heart Meditation, make stretching, light exercise and breathing exercises, nature walk, pH test, record weight, special drink, receive Reiki Tummo® or massage, drink shakes and take tinctures.

Afternoon — A relaxing health vacation has plenty of personal time for healing. Today read a book. Continue to drink cleansing shakes and take tinctures, rotating every two hours throughout the day. Enjoy a Trilogy Spa Session (sauna, steam, Jacuzzi) during the afternoon. A one hour class on the China Study will be held at 4:00 p.m., free time, colonic irrigation and relax.

Evening — The evening begins with a sunset meditation and the balance of your time is free. Final drinks and tinctures are taken before bedtime. Sleep deeply with the sounds of nature all around you.

Day Five

Morning — Enjoy Open Heart Meditation, make stretching, light exercise and breathing exercises, nature walk, pH test, record weight, special drink, receive Reiki Tummo® or massage, drink shakes and take tinctures.

Afternoon — Your relaxing health vacation has plenty of personal time for healing. You will drink cleansing shakes and take tinctures, rotating every two hours throughout the day. Day Seven

Morning — You will enjoy Open Heart Meditation, Stretching, light exercise and breathing exercises, nature walk, pH test, record weight, special drink, receive Reiki Tummo® or massage, drink shakes and take tinctures.

Afternoon — Your relaxing health vacation has plenty of personal time for healing. You will drink cleansing shakes and take tinctures, rotating every two hours throughout the day. Enjoy a Trilogy Spa Session (sauna, steam, Jacuzzi) during the afternoon. A one hour health food preparation class will be held at 4:00 p.m., free time, colonic irrigation and relax.

Evening — Break your fast with an organic soup and salad in the early evening, relax at sunset meditation. The balance of your time is free. Sleep deeply with the sounds of nature all around you.

Day Eight

Morning — Organic breakfast is served between 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Open Heart Meditation, enjoy a walk, write in your journal, pack or just lay in a hammock. Remember that check out time is 11:00 a.m.
